When will we have group meetings?

Weekly meeting, online. Next meeting will be decided in the meeting.

How will we communicate?

WhatsApp, online meetings and physically if possible

What does “on time” mean for us?

For meetings: 5 minutes is fine, if it takes longer - notify others.

For deadlines:

• The deadline we communicate about, on the day before 23:59
• If nothing was said: 1 days before the final deadline, the extra day is for checking. (so both sides can check and give feedback)

How do we deal with chronic lateness?

After 3 times (without good reason/without good communication). The person would get a yellow card.

When is it okay to skip a meeting?

If you have a good reason, sickness, trains are stupid, doctor appointments, funerals... It’s only ok if you let us know beforehand if you are running late/not showing up. Let us know as soon as you can at least 2 hours.
